We tailor all support to meet the individual needs of each family. This can include:

  • By telephone/Skype – talking you (or your child) through options and the school processes

  • In person – meeting with you and/or the school in person

  • In loco parentis – when you are abroad or are unable to attend the school, we will advocate on behalf of your child, ensuring they are treated appropriately according to the school’s policies and procedures.

  • One-off support for when issues arise out of nowhere and can liaise with the school within hours; we aim to be there in person within 24 hours (in England) and 48 hours if the school is in Scotland or western Europe.

  • Tailored options for parents who are not able to visit their child at school regularly. We will check in with your son or daughter on a monthly or half-termly basis (more if required), liaising with staff and ensuring their well-being and academic progress is on track.
